In 1933 ROYAL-ANGELUS MACARONI COMPANY developed and marketed the revolutionary New food item, vegeroni, the first and still the best selling vegetable flavored pasta. During the surge in demand for healthy natural foods, once again, ROYAL-ANGELUS was on the cutting edge of innovation by creating unique and nutritious pasta products made from TOFU, Whole Wheat, and Multi-Grain Flours.

Then in 1975, to further increase nutritional value of pasta, the innovative staff at ROYAL-ANGELUS developed, manufactured, and then launched the promotion of pasta made from 100% certified organic flour.
